My husband and I had recently moved to Yosemite from Palm Springs.

For those unfamiliar with Yosemite, it is a scenic hilly region in California. There's lots to do outdoors like hiking, biking, and horseback riding. But no matter how much I tried to participate in those events, I knew I wouldn't be able to since I weighed 245 pounds then. No matter how much yoga and dieting I did, the weight would not budge. I'd sit at home while my family went out and enjoyed the time of their lives admiring Yosemite's natural beauty.

I began to experience severe depression. I blamed myself for getting so out of shape. I despised losing out on so many special times with my husband and children. I disliked the way I looked (and had the uneasy impression that my husband despised it as well.)

But what could I do? I was so ashamed of my size that I cried when I was hiding alone.

For months I'd been loyally sticking to the exercise and diet plan prescribed by my doctor, and my weight had hardly changed at all.

In fact, the only thing that's ever really worked for me is this video I'm about to share with you now.

You see this video taught me that no matter...

- how much time I spent at the gym...

- how much I deprived myself of my favorite foods...

- how much I avoided sugars, carbs, and fatty foods...

...none of it would ever make the slightest difference if I didn't first implement this simple morning "trick."

Because this "Japenese Breakfast Trick" reactivates your body's resurrection system.

(According to groundbreaking research from 82 scientific studies, the real root cause of why we struggle with our weight and what is behind America's obesity epidemic is a build-up in our cells.)

The "Japanese Breakfast Trick" could just be the perfect thing. It was for me!  The video below is the very same one.
